Volleyball Player Matchup Wheel

A local volleyball coach asked me to to design two wheels that would help him match his players against the opposing players. Apparently it is important to be able to rotate the players so that certain players match up with opposition players. This print is what I came up with. The coach seemed quite pleased with the result. It does require some extra work cutting transparency sheets to match the slots and then somehow gluing those in so the coach can write the number of the players with a dry marker and then easily erase it. Please "like" this file if you collect or download it. Instructions Print the top piece first - I stopped the print and changed color to give the print more contrast. Print the second print last. Have a small mallet or hammer, pliers and flathead screw driver handy. Make sure you are right there when it finishes so that you squeeze the rod end together with the pliers while it is still hot and push the top wheel into place - you may need the hammer to encourage it. Once it is through the hole, spread the cut end with the flat end screw dirver while it is still warm so that it is acts as a permanent stopper and keeps the two wheels together. There should be just enough friction to stop it from freely spinning but at the same time it should be easily moved. Category: Sport & Outdoors
