I created the Volkswagen up! model specifically as a modification for Cities: Skylines. The 3D modeling was accomplished using Blender, while texturing was handled with Photoshop. I'm particularly fond of the Volkswagen up!, which offers an excellent blend of compact size and practicality, all wrapped in a sleek design that really catches the eye.
