Our models offer high-quality exterior and basic interior designs. The model doesn't need textures, making it easy to work with. Main Features Our model was originally created with Autodesk Maya 2016 SP6. It was rendered using Mental Ray 2016.0-3.13.1.10. The Maya mb studio format contains mental ray materials, lighting setup, and environment. Other formats like Fbx, C4d, 3ds, Obj, 3dsmax, xsi, and lwo come with default materials based on the Phong shader. However, you may need to adjust the path to HDRI maps at your computer for a correct render. Use the studio mb version for rendering results like our preview image.
