I was Tired of how badly lit my classic camper speedo and fuel gauge were as the original lamps were not great, I'd already upgraded them to an LED bulb, but wanted better/more even lighting.I designed this little track to fit inside the speedo, glued in place (I used hot glue) with a plug to help locate and allow wires through to the outside.I used some LED strip I had laying about, that was a 4000k colour temperature, 12V 'IP rated' (it has the gel coating over the LEDs)The plug pushes through from the inside and fits the hole in the track at the top, which locates through a lamp holder location. You'll have to remove the little green plastic lamp filters inside the speedo.
