This tool works for compressing the VVT solenoid on mk4 1.8t volkswagen engines. The manufacturer tool broke, so I designed and 3D printed a new one, using the bolt that came with the factory tool. I recommend printing it on its side so the direction of the layers is perpendicular to the force from the bolt.
