I had a lot of trouble getting the duct to work without running the downlight, but I think I've finally got it right. This version is perfect if you don't want to install a downlight. I had some problems with the front of the duct catching on prints earlier, but this new design fixes that issue completely. I made some changes recently to make the profile more streamlined. The big cutout in the middle is there to support the downlighting. A 60mm 12V halo light fits perfectly around the heater block and is supported by the fan duct. Print this part before you install your volcano setup, I used ABS and supports are essential. This simple part fan works wonderfully for running a volcano on my MK2 printer. The duct is doing its job now and the heater block isn't getting clogged with air anymore. You may need to tweak it to fit your specific setup, but I'm really happy with how it turned out. I highly recommend using a part fan for PET at this scale. Get my Fusion 360 files here: http://a360.co/2s9sgTP
