Volcano mount for standard and threaded heatsink to BMG on Railcore

I have designed a pair of mounts for the Railcore utilizing either the standard or threaded heatsink with the volcano hotend and mounting to the Bondtech BMG. The purpose of these hotend mounts is to provide a more rigid connection between the extruder and the hotend, particularly when employing 713maker.com's aluminum y-plate/bmg mount. As indicated, this is an ongoing project and has not yet been printed. Tolerances likely require fine-tuning. If you encounter any issues or have suggestions, please let me know. In the attached files, I have included a ptfe cutter template for each heatsink version. Before utilizing the cutter, the ptfe should be chamfered with a 60-degree angle. To use this template, insert your ptfe tube fully into the heatsink, then install the heatsink into the mount. Place the cutter through the ptfe tubing and cut. Approximately 5mm of the ptfe tube should remain protruding from the top of the mount. The standard mount is designed for use with threaded heat-set inserts such as those available on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077CJV3Z9) with a 5mm outer diameter and 3.8mm depth. To install, place the hotend mount into the bmg and attach the bmg and hotend mount to the mounting plates. Insert the beveled end of the ptfe tube into the heatsink. If using the threaded version, install the nut into the mount at this time. Insert the hotend into the mount (thread in the threaded version). Place the cap on for the standard version after inserting the heat-set inserts. I have also added a bltouch mount utilizing the same heat-set inserts as well (5mm OD, 3.8mm depth). Additionally, if anyone desires the native solidworks (educational) file to work with, let me know and I will upload it as well. 04Apr2020: I have added an alternate mount for the James Tongue fan, which is necessary for the threaded assembly to allow you to screw in the heatsink and hotend as a unit.
