A replacement parts for Volantex Phoenix V2 2000 glider.Compatible with Phoenix 2400 (759-3 model). Parts are not compatible with Ranger or Phoenix S. Battery bay with motor/battery protecting wall. The wal is used to protect the motor during crash, mostly the front part will be broken and nothing will happen. Without the wall - the shaft can be damaged or damaged battery can burn and destroy the model. Battery wall better to print rotated with supports (see image) to make it more durable - no chance to tear the layers during an impact and the part would stay firm. Foam layer will protect the battery from and bigger deformation, This setup survived the fall from a big hight already twice (on my Phoenix S), so can be considered as good protection. The stack is designed with easy access/disassemble. The original stack plate design had tricky removal process, with FC stack it was impossible. Now the the whole stack can be removed from a front door unscrewing the bottom screws and one 4mm bolt. The VTX is designed to be mounted under top plate, so there's a space for camera or pan/tilt block on 30mm stack. The GPS is mounted on back part of top plate. The RX can be moved to the wing. Shorter FC plate is included, in case theres a smaller controller and some extra battery space needed. The shaft has 3mm holes in case it needs to be additionally fixed. The mounting holes are right above the wing clip front screws. Print in ABS with 100% infill for durability.
