I've designed this tray to completely replace the stock, plywood one. It lets you balance and fly the plane with much larger batteries. You're gonna have to remove the wheel and the wheel cowling though. However, it pairs nicely with a skid designed by robthomson. Here's the link to it: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4886501

Once you remove the foam cowling and the stock tray, you can go ahead and use the same bolts to attach the new tray. It should fit perfectly. No additional glue is needed.

I've also included a step file, so if needed, you can modify the hole pattern to suit your needs.

Print Settings

Printer:

crearibo cr-10

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.2mm

Infill:

10%

Filament:
Fillamentum PLA
Traffic Black

Notes:

Fits an i3 and ender 3 bed

Category: R/C Vehicles
