I made this using Blender to design a 3D printed wind turbine. Usually, I'll stack multiple "Voiles" on the same axis to generate electricity. The generator itself will also be 3D printed, with copper wiring and neodymium supermagnets added for maximum efficiency. To create these wind turbines, follow these steps: First, modify your curves as desired and convert them to mesh. Next, select the mesh, go to the modifier panel, choose boolean operation type "difference" and click on the axis bar, then apply it. Finally, export your model to STL format through the file/export feature. Before printing, you can scale up or down and adjust any infill level to suit your needs, although 15% is a standard setting. Feel free to experiment with different settings. Enjoy! Check out my website for more info on this project and other similar endeavors - consider showing support if it catches your attention.
