I designed a motor shield casing since I couldn't find one, and it's uploaded here. I intentionally left off the lid to allow for better cooling of the IC. The fragments on the side will help secure cables entering from the side. A hole at the bottom will make it easier to remove, disassemble and read the pin assignment that's been printed.
