Vlotter for Grove water sensor
thingiverse
The Grove water sensor snugly fits into the hole of the boat, fitting perfectly. The boat effectively prevents the drowning of the electronics that could have occurred if the sensor were mounted on a wall. With its curved sides, the boat allows water to flow directly to the sensor. This design leaves just enough water in the tank so that the sensor almost touches the bottom when the legs are fully extended. If you modify this setup with longer legs, you'll determine how much water will be present in the recipient before it's detected.
