VKB Gladiator NXT Hat Switch to Button Conversion

This is a simple conversion to change a spare hat switch to a button-only function. It simply restricts the motion of the hat switch to a press-only function. If you don't use a hat switch, but need an additional button for your thumb to reach, this kit easily converts the existing hat switch with no permanent mods. Simple, support-free print. You can print just the base and button, then press into the circular base of the hat switch for a friction fit with the base. Alternatively, you can also open up the Gladiator NXT, expose the metal stem, and install the spacer, which helps cut down on the travel needed for pressing the button. The button actuation effort is higher than the red button to the left, but it does help provide another option, especially for quick paced Star Wars Squadrons games, where an additional function is needed for the thumb while holding down a trigger.
