VKB Gladiator NXT Chair (DX Racer) Mount

I used the design from the user/designer Washout as a starting point. As the sliding rails that hold the mount(s) are not designed to change the height as much as I had liked it, i came up with a "Standard" and two raised designs (+10mm and +25mm). I am still testing which will be the best and atm the +10 is the most promising. I made the plate working for the left and the right Version of the Flightstick, enjoy. Mount the Stick without the metal base plate. I used M3*12 Allen screws. You can also use the screws that come with the flightstick but they are to much on the short side for my taste ;).
