This 3D model was initially developed using Sketchup 13 and later converted to various 3D formats, with the native version being .skp. The 3ds Max 2016 scene was rendered using Vray 3.00. Since 1941, plans were made for a new reconnaissance tank based on PzKpfw II Ausf J (VK 1601). This light version was soon replaced in the summer of 1942 by a heavier model. The design of the VK 1602, also known as Leopard, was influenced by previous projects like PzKpfw II Ausf J (VK 1601) and PzKpfw II Ausf M (VK 1301). The Leopard was equipped with a 50mm KwK 39/1 L/60 gun and a 7.92mm MG34/42 machine gun in a newly designed small turret, with plans for a 75mm KwK 41 gun as well. The heavily armored VK 1602 featured well-sloped frontal armor inspired by the Panther. It was powered by a Maybach HL157P engine that delivered 550hp, allowing it to reach speeds of up to 50-60 km/h.
