This is a 3D printed step up kit for Vixen POLARIE. https://global.vixen.co.jp/en/product/35534_1/ Counter wait is using a pet bottle to reduce wait during traveling to a site. You may fill water or sand on site. Screw of pet bottle are variety of spec, this may not fit for yours. I designed for CocaCola, hope this design can be applicable for world wide. By my feeling, screw part for camera table is still weak. It may better to update like Vixen tail clamp one which is reinforced by a metal screw.
