Vixen Dual Sided Dovetail

I designed this Vixen style dual rail with carefully crafted fillets to ensure that layer delamination doesn't occur at the sharp corners. This part was printed at an infill of 90% using carbon-filled PLA, and after clear coating the material it has held up remarkably well. However, if I had to redo it, I would choose to use carbon fiber-reinforced PETG instead. Printing with 90% infill is probably overdoing it; I believe a range of 40-60% would be more than sufficient. It's always crucial to test your parts under full load in a saddle before adding any equipment on them.
