Update: Added a support block, it's glue in place and should snap into place tightly. My print seems to be holding together well, but with longevity in mind I thought it should be reinforced. It's not pretty, but it should get the job done and makes me feel more comforted that I won't find my headphones on my desk in the morning. Requires sanding and fitment if your printer is as inaccurate as mine seems to be, but with epoxy this thing should be good to go, but I decided to drill two holes with #8-32x1-1/2 inch machine screws and use clamping force since my printer yet again made the parts a bit small. Just a headphone stand that mounts onto the Vivo monitor stand, 3 inch cup mount and 7 inches tall, arm is approx. 10 inches. It supports two headphones with a holder that is 2 inches wide and about 2 inches long. Arm_Cup finished and is out of spec and does not fit the mount tube as intended, it is about 1mm too tight, could be my printer or shrinking PLA, leave a comment if you know how to avoid this issue... leaving the file in place, but it is probably best to use Arm_Cup_V2 I did. Support Arm_Support_V1 connects the same as V2, but will need angled on 150mm beds. Support Arm_Support_V2 [A] connects to Arm_Cup and Arm_Stand upper notch, [B] to lower notch on headphone arm and will need to be glued together and has been a pain so far. Printed Arm_Cup with 20% infill cubic subdivision at 0.2. Seems pretty sturdy, epoxy is curing on seams and used loctite gel super glue to hold all the parts together except where the arms connect to the support, I used superglue for the first connection to the arm and support stand. Started by dry fitting the support arm A into the support stand (cup/stand), glued cup and stand together, did more fitment to the support arm A until it fit snug, did fitment between A and B, glued A into place, glued B to A and arm B location and held in place. Once the superglue hardened I tried to superglue the headphone rack into place and that failed, switched to epoxy and filled in seams, then epoxied the headphone rack into place and left between heavier objects until it cures. I'm sure this will be sturdy enough to support regular headphones, will be using this for my ATH-AD500X and Logitech G533 Wireless headphones. Going to unmark this as a WIP for now, if it has any failures I'll update the files or remake it entirely.
