Vivitar VPT-30 VPT-50 Tripod Quick release plate

This is a custom adaptation of uski's design tailored specifically for my Vivitar VPT-30, which should also fit the Vivitar VPT-50.\r\n\r\nInitially, I discovered that the 44x44mm plates didn't fit properly, so I created a new plate measuring 45.5 x 51 mm.\r\n\r\nThe design features an indentation for a snap ring to securely lock in the screw and also incorporates elects bands to enhance grip on the camera base, preventing unwanted swiveling since this model lacks a locking pin.\r\n\r\nI employed a moderate amount of support, about 15%. A brim start is also included to produce a smooth bottom.
