Negative to use 6x6 cm film in a Vivitar 356 enlarger. Uses 8x3mm magnets to hold it shut and 3mm light seal foam to hold the negative in place. Optional lower plate allows for printing with the film borders (can also be used with 35mm film to make prints including the film sprockets).

There are 2 rectangular recesses in the top plate, place a strip of 3mm light seal foam in each of them to hold the film in place.

Important! - make sure to sand the surface where the film will contact totally smooth to prevent scratching your film. Vapor smoothing might be ideal, but I simply sanded mine to 3000 grit and haven't had any problems though I am careful to avoid sliding the film in the holder.

The bellows on the Vivitar 356 don't allow for enough extension to focus a longer lens (I use a 105mm rodagon for 6x6 prints). As such, I have designed an extender to bring the lens into focus, found here: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/146172-vivitar-356-enlarger-extension-for-long-lenses. An 80mm lens would probably be fine without it, but I cant confirm.
