This model is intended to be printed at a scale of 1:200. The STL files I've posted, however, are actually scaled at 1:100 - I applied a 0.5 scaling factor in Cura when printing them. There's been an error or two along the way; for example, the curved lattice on the facade wall is now chaflan-style because I didn't add posts to it, and the curved overhang... If someone has a printer with a larger bed, they might want to try printing at 1:100 and adding furniture. At 1:200, you can't see them. The patio awning is currently printed vertically and attached to the upper floor piece - I glued it together afterwards using cyanocrylate.
