Here's a wall mount for the Vive Wireless batteries and their Amazon equivalent. These mounts accommodate either tabs with mounting holes or not, depending on how you prefer to hang it. You might need to scale up the design by 1-2% if things seem too tight. Also, ignore the poor print quality. The only black PLA I had was some leftover Makergeeks filament, which always prints poorly for me.
