thingiverse
Makes flying the ship in No Man's Sky much easier for me, should work well for other games using virtual joysticks too. Just place the controller into the holder when flying to get a fixed pivot point and movement limited to two axes, lift it again when doing regular motion control activities. With or without support for rubber band centering. I've attached my controller holder to two wooden blocks leftover from another project, giving it some stability as I have it sitting next to me on the couch while playing. I used a "real" LEGO axle because the axle in the u-joint I remixed didn't fit my print and I just wanted something that worked, so I grabbed the first thing that would fit which happened to be a LEGO axle. I'm including a printable LEGO axle resized for my machine, it might not fit right if printed on another machine due to varying print settings and accuracy differences.
