Vive Tracker Table Tennis Paddle (Rotated)

Vive Tracker Table Tennis Paddle (Rotated)

A simple table tennis paddle handle, to which a Vive Tracker has to be mounted. All you need in addition to the printed part and the Tracker is a 1/4 inch screw. The paddle also has a hole for a lanyard, which I simply took from one of the Index controllers. This handle works great in "Eleven: Table Tennis VR", but SteamVR can be a bit annoying along the way.

The dimensions have been taken from this site: https://www.dimensions.com/element/table-tennis-ping-pong-rackets-paddles
I don't normally play table tennis (and frankly suck at it), so I don't know how accurate the dimensions are, but I hope it's close enough.

This is an updated version, which puts the weight of the tracker in the middle of the paddle, so the center of mass is more realistic. Unfortunately this does mean that you have to calibrate (i.e. position) the tracker manually though, which can be a bit annoying. Also turning the screw requires holding the screwdriver in an awkward angle. I mitigated this by using a flathead for the last few turns instead of a philips one, which made it a bit easier, but ymmv.
