An 8mm steel rod serves as the core component. The additional holes along the blade are designed for 8mm lead cylinders, which helps maintain a more balanced center of mass similar to the intended virtual design (1m blade). To ensure stability during assembly, I printed this model at 100% infill density. A custom-built press using threaded rods and steel plates was constructed to facilitate the press-fit installation of the rod. While not extremely comfortable to operate, it gets the job done effectively.
