A clever fusion of Poppeseed's remix of D_Evans's Vive controller dock has taken shape, merging two slim docks into one seamless piece. By combining the charging stations for both controllers, I've optimized the design to accommodate their simultaneous charging needs. This consolidated approach makes perfect sense, eliminating the need for separate docking units that would require excessive filament usage. A fascinating aside: when designing the dock's layout, I neglected to verify clearance measurements on the controller's protruding parts. Fortunately, a pinch of good fortune and some careful planning ensured there was just enough space for everything to fit snugly. When it comes to the cable, any oval-shaped magnetic USB cable will suffice. However, users should exercise caution when employing braided cables, as they can be stubborn to insert into the cable guide due to their thickness. A gentle yet firm push is required to coax them into place.
