Vive magnetic controller dock

A 'finished product' version of these is now available to buy at http://www.vrmagdocks.com, but you're still welcome to use this model for free. This DIY kit uses the following cables: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01CZMLQSK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 And it's an exact fit if your printer doesn't print very high-quality prints, make sure to print out these parts first. The cable run is also very tight, so check this as well. I have painted these after printing, but it might be easiest to break the model down into pieces for different colors, painting one piece was a real pain. It will also make it easier to print if you break it down into separate pieces. The small right angle thing is a plug that should slot in to cover the gap where the wire goes in. I think it might need shrinking a touch to fit properly, however, I haven't tested it yet. Good luck with your project, let me know if you have any problems! Print Settings Printer: Zortrax M200 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.09 Infill: Any Notes: This model may not work well on a lower-quality print, my printer produces a very good finish with minimal layer lines, often an Acetone smooth will completely smooth the surface. Things like the holder for the magnetic charger have very tight tolerances (you really have to push it in hard) so maybe print these separately to test them.
