I tweaked the original design with beveled overhangs, eliminating the need for support material during printing. These bevels not only reduce fouling when sliding the mount in and out but also provide a firmer grip. Additionally, I adjusted the drill hole spacing to match existing Vive mounts, allowing for seamless swaps without any re-drilling of holes. To enhance mounting strength even further, micro-slits were added to the holes.
