Do you have a big head? Do the arms of your vive flow dig into your skull a bit too hard? Hopefully this helps... Only takes like 30 minutes to print a couple! The factory ear cushions are just attached with velcro, and you can pull them right off. The new ones do work with just a friction fit, but ideally you can attach some cheap velcro tape (soft side) on your 3D print to attach them to the Vive Flow, the same way the old ones attached. Be warned, this does make the arms of your Vive Flow stick out a little bit further than they used to, which could be an inconvenience when they're folded up in transportation.
