After successfully printing Drcube's impressive "Pimax + Vive DAS Adapter", I faced the challenge of achieving a snug fit for more intense gaming experiences. To overcome this hurdle, I simply modified the "DAS_Adapter_Short_Sideways_Printable_A" part by repositioning the Pimax attachment point inward, effectively adding about an inch of tightening room. I printed mine using PLA at 0.3mm layer height without encountering any issues. Please note that you will still require all the remaining parts from Drcube's adapter, which can be found on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3285729.
