I was looking for a straightforward way to hang my controllers that didn't involve using the hole in the ring at the top since I've already filled it with magnets for a stock mount. None of the designs I came across met my requirements, so I took the closest one and remixed it into something new. Most of the design credit goes to the original creator, who inspired me to adapt their concept into a simple wall mount solution.
