I made this upgrade to my vivarium to boost air circulation and it's working perfectly. It's quite large, so I'm eager to see modifications - there aren't many fans available for vivariums that look good, so I wanted to try something new. This screws into a 55mm hole on 6mm glass - feel free to remix and improve it; I'll be experimenting with more designs in the future, trying to add a curve like a boomerang, though printing it would be a challenge. Edit I created a curved version, printed it out, and can say it works well. I removed the sensor holder since people may not have the same setup as me and split the model into two halves - it will need to be glued or plastic welded around the front. I left the old design up for those who only require straight airflow from back to front. I'm working on a new version that uses one fan and a 25mm hole, so keep an eye out for that; it'll be much smaller. As usual, I'll do a test print to ensure it works with an FDM printer. The next iteration will also have no thread.
