I designed a sturdy visor clip using 3D printing to hold my safety glasses securely in place inside my truck. After my original store-bought one broke, I set out to create a more reliable alternative. So far, it's holding up great under normal conditions but only time will tell if it can withstand the harsh elements without sustaining any damage. A good rule of thumb for this type of project is to use high-quality materials like ABS plastic which offers superior heat resistance compared to other options. This ensures that even when your truck becomes scorching hot on a warm summer day, the visor clip remains intact and functional for years to come.
