This face shield has been designed to be laser cut. The material used is 3mm cast acrylic; I have not tested it but I think it should work up to 5mm. These are three pieces: two branches that fit together forcefully in the main support. The design makes the best use of the plate of material to be cut. This model is light and can be worn without a rubber band. The visors used are perforated transparent sheets of standard A4 size. They are clipped on two fixing points. Attention! The files provided do not take into account the adjustment of the nesting of the branches in the main support; you will have to adjust it according to your laser's kerf.
