Since this site has been broken since March, I'm unable to get previews on some files! Sorry. *********************************************************************************************** - For use with Air Filter: H12 Hepa Vacuum cleaner and PC Fan: F12 PWM 120mm Three things useful for your future 3D printer enclosure. - Visit/service trap - Air Filter housing - Fan support - Wire Bay Windows - Single and double - Horizontal spool holder to set on the wall of the printer box. Use bolts and cap of your choice. Combine filter and fan. More pictures will be coming soon, as I'm working on my printers' boxes for three printers. The spool holder axle and bold are remixed from a design that I still can't find the name for yet. I'll give you the source. Use pattern to draw, to locate fixing hole to drill. Mark the position of the holes and bay. Place tape as needed to protect your work. Cut nicely with a jigsaw using a PVC blade for the plexiglass. Polylactic Acid (PLA) is possible, but I highly recommend using ABS or PETG printing ventilator enclosure. Printing: Use raft for fan support (needed for upper corners). No supports are needed for other parts. Seventeen percent to twenty percent in fill and standard quality 2.0 are okay. Note: Sliding trap is made for 3 or 4 mm plexi. Enjoy easy things.
