Vision Printer Y Belt Tensioner
thingiverse
The Y-axis belt tensioner for Vision 3D Printer fits in existing 4-hole patterns drilled on wooden heated bed platforms. It ensures the belt line of action is tangent to the bushings and parallel to smooth rods, improving Y-axis performance. This part is crucial for optimal functionality. Updates and images will be shared soon; it's yet to be printed using ABS, .5 nozzle, .4mm layer height with supports and .4 infill. Assembly requires 3mm screws similar to the stock Vision but may need different lengths. The tensioning screw should be a 3mm diameter one. Publication of assembly instructions and images is forthcoming.
