Free release of a fully printable 3D file with any printer, even small ones, for a composable face shield (Face Shield) protection device. The device is composed of four parts: visor holder, anchor mounts, right mount, and left mount. This device can contain protective visors of variable thicknesses between 0.6-2.0 mm, NOT present in this printable file. As suggested visor, use transparent acetate covers for binding papers, since the Face Shield dimensions allow insertion of classic A4-sized sheets. Assembly of parts is very simple and intuitive, while the hooks ensure easy incast and high holding power in all directions. The spring effect on the two mounts provides stable retention for different head sizes. Compared to other face protection devices: 1) the support structure allows greater visor stability during vertical movements with sudden accelerations, as well as horizontal movements; 2) the pressure zone for support is located at the back of the head, providing greater comfort in prolonged use; 3) being composed of multiple parts, it's possible to print this composable device on small printers.
