English I'm releasing a totally free 3D printable file with any printer, even small ones, of a modular face shield holder (Face Shield). The device is made up of 4 parts: visor holder, upright anchor, right upright and left upright. This device can hold protective visors of thicknesses ranging from 0.6-2.0 mm, NOT present in this printable file. As a possible visor, it's recommended to use transparent acetate covers for binding the sheets, as the dimensions of the Face Shield allow the insertion of classic sheets up to A4 size. The assembly of the parts is very simple and intuitive, and the hooks ensure an ease for the joint and a high resistance to stress in all directions. The spring effect given to the two uprights allows a stable seal for different head sizes. Compared to other face protection devices: 1) The support structure allows greater stability of the visor, both during vertical movements with sudden accelerations, and during horizontal movements; 2) The pressure zone for the support is positioned in the back of the head, giving greater comfort in prolonged use; 3) Being composed of several parts, this modular device can be printed in small printers.
