A protective enclosure is available for Raspberry Pi with camera module, ideal for use in laser cutters. The lid safeguards the camera from smoke and dust contamination. This enclosure can be used alongside a specific project (https://github.com/t-oster/VisiCam/) and an enclosure mount (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:183627). During assembly, ensure to apply tape on the interior bolts to preclude short circuiting of Raspberry Pi.
