Visible 4mm Hex Bit Holder
thingiverse
This is a custom holder I designed to pair perfectly with my ES121 screwdriver, though it will also function seamlessly with any other screwdriver that utilizes 4mm hex bits. The only special consideration for the ES121 is that the spacing has been optimized to accommodate its unique head design. I wanted to create something where I could easily switch between bits and still be able to visually identify which one was in use without needing to label them. The bits are inserted from either the top or the side, and there's sufficient friction to allow the screwdriver to pull them out - to remove them you simply place the screwdriver on top of them then gently pull them off sideways. This way, you never have to physically handle the 4mm bits again; instead, the screwdriver handles everything for you. I know it may seem like a simple design, but this holder has greatly enhanced my disassembly work and speed when tackling electronics and small mechanical devices such as 3D printers that feature various tiny screw types.
