This helmet model is designed to penetrate the sheet with standard separation between axes 8cm. It fits well on the head without being too tight. Grommets are not necessary, although it's prepared for them. I've left enough space between the acetate and face to prevent fogging. Hopefully, this will be helpful, even though many helmets have been printed already - it's very practical to use.
