Vise (source files include )
thingiverse
This is a robust 3D-printable vise, featuring 100% 3D-printed components - no metal parts are included (except for attachment to the table). Critical sections include shaft part two and lever; these pieces require horizontal printing. In my setup, I use six shells and 50% infill. For other parts, three shells with 35% infill work well. A layer height of 0.2 mm is recommended (shaft at 0.1 mm layers). Printing with a 0.4 mm nozzle provides optimal results. The design allows for a tolerance of 0.2mm. This vise was created using Fusion 360 software. https://youtu.be/70Cd-HoP4sg https://youtu.be/4Hnsw4fFpQc
