These are custom-made jaw covers designed specifically for a Starrett Vise, featuring extended lengths of 4 inches and heights of 1.25 inches. I successfully created these parts using "Soft PLA," a type of 3D printing material known for its flexibility, and I'm pleased to report that they function flawlessly. Designing This Project I utilized SpaceClaim, a powerful computer-aided design (CAD) software, as the primary tool for bringing this project to life. With SpaceClaim's user-friendly interface and robust feature set, I was able to precisely craft each element of the jaw covers with ease.
