We're equipped with several Bridgeport vertical mills in our school that we aim to maximize through Lean Manufacturing's five essential strategies by organizing our workspace more efficiently. Adjusting the holder to perfectly match each mill took a couple of attempts, but once it did, the press fit was snug. The variations in dimensions between 1-2 mm on each mill didn't cause significant issues, thanks to their rugged and stable design that securely holds the handle in place. Using our Ultimachine's Black PLA material with precise settings at 200 degrees and a fine nozzle diameter of 0.3mm combined with a layer height of 0.15mm allowed us to achieve outstanding print quality results.
