I'm creating a facial mesh in Blender. I start by modeling the overall shape of the face, including the eyes, nose, and mouth. I use a combination of extrusions and subdivisions to create the facial features. Next, I add some detail to the skin, using texture and shading to give it a more realistic look. Finally, I refine the mesh, making sure that all the edges are smooth and even. The result is a highly detailed and realistic face model that can be used in a variety of applications.
