Virgin Pulse GoZone Pedometer battery cover.
thingiverse
The HealthMiles' Gozone pedometer battery cover can be easily misplaced. Two versions are available; one with a coin slot for tightening with a quarter (HealthMiles3) and another without (HealthMiles2). A new version, HealthMiles4, has been designed to match the original battery cover more accurately by raising the center. It has been in use for over six months without any issues. An additional improvement idea is to add "Open" and "Closed" arrows on the design to align with the arrow on the pedometer body. Print it solid with raft for better adhesion, as curling may ruin it. Overhangs might cause a string or two, but overall, it's a great design. A PLA filament works well, while Kapton tape produces a shiny finish resembling factory-made quality. Proper bed alignment is crucial to avoid sticking issues with the tape. If you find this helpful, please "Like." :-)
