Adaptors to attach a viral filter into a vehicle's suction setup are available to prevent the aerosolization of COVID-19 or other viruses when using suction equipment. These adaptors fit the Cardinal Health 1000mL Vacuum Chamber, which is used in all New South Wales Ambulance road ambulances and helicopters. The HMEF we utilize is the Covidien DAR Mechanical Filter (small) with standard fittings.
