Download the flattened versions if you don't use Cura - just right-click "split object into parts" and the model halves will lay flat afterwards. This older project was prototyped a while back, it's a printable flat-faced trigger designed to fit several bolt-action airsoft rifles, including the Tokyo Marui VSR 10 and JG BAR 10, and may also fit clone versions of the Tokyo Marui VSR series - but testing this hasn't been possible yet. Four versions of the trigger are available, each with a different design, they should all function equally well, only aesthetic differences exist, choose one that fits your gun's style. This model was made for use with a Wolverine Bolt or Mancraft HPA drop-in system and it will also work on standard spring powered VSR or BAR rifles, but the seer on top won't last as long in those cases. Conventional spring and Mancraft engine systems need a 5-8mm length of pull until firing - if it's longer than that you can shave down the backside of the seer with a file or razor blade to shorten it for a "hair trigger" effect. Wolverine bolt users will find that the extension on the right side actuates the microswitch, so they can shorten the trigger pull by either adding a grub screw or gluing shims onto the face of the extension. Printing instructions: print at 80-100% fill density (100% is recommended) at a scale of 102% to account for shrinkage in PLA - ABS will likely need similar settings. Drilling out the pivot hole with a 1/8" drill bit is necessary, my suggestion is to twist one half onto the bit, add some superglue to the inside surface, then twist on the other half until they mate together; align them and let the glue set, sand the edges and you should be ready. This part is small so keep an eye on temperatures or warping issues may occur.
