VIPER is a partially 3D printed rocket. Flight Test: https://youtu.be/VS7LyfjCEJM BFTA and Core alignment done same way as marking out fins: https://youtu.be/_sWssDOyFms It requires a 3in phenolic tube 30in long as well as a 3in plastic nose cone. You will also need 4-40x0.5in countersunk screws to build the cluster core and attach all components. Be sure to use a large parachute 24-36in to ensure soft touchdown The BFTA screws into the phenolic tube 18in from the bottom of the body tube. Ensure it is aligned with the cluster core as 1 hole of the cluster core Top Plate and one on the BFTA will be drilled out for rail buttons. The BFTA also serves as a nice location to mount a shock cord to. The entire rocket is printed from PETG aside from the slot and screw fins which need to be ABS or PLA. PRINT: 3x CMM (C/18mm Motor Mount Tube) 1x EMM (E/24mm Motor Mount Tube) 1x Base Plate 1x Top Plate 1x BFTA 3x Sides 3x Fins (ABS or PLA)
