Vioo clip light mounts
thingiverse
I've got a Vioo clip-on LED light from Decathlon that comes with a rubber strap for attaching it to my bike. Unfortunately, the mount doesn't fit my handlebar well, so I wanted to find alternative ways to secure the light. Since the new Vioo lights come with a helmet mount, but mine didn't, I decided to design some custom mounts. First up is a simple helmet mount that uses double-sided tape for attachment. I used a piece of 3M sticker meant for a GoPro to get it working properly. Next, I created a more versatile mount featuring a hole for attaching the light to a carabiner, as well as versions using velcro and zip ties to accommodate various surfaces. I printed these mounts in PLA, with the helmet mount taking approximately 22 minutes to complete and requiring only about 1 meter of filament.
